Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all work carried out by Pipe Vibe Plumbing & Leak Detection. By accepting a quotation or requesting a call-out you agree to them.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information provided and on what is visible at the time of inspection. Hidden defects, additional pipework or unforeseen site conditions may require a revised quotation, which will be discussed with you before further work continues.
Call-outs and emergency work
A call-out fee may apply, including for after-hours and emergency attendance. Response times are given in good faith and may be affected by traffic, weather and workload.
Leak detection and camera inspections
Leak detection and CCTV inspections are diagnostic services aimed at locating faults as accurately as possible with non-invasive equipment. While our equipment is highly accurate, site conditions can affect results, and detection fees are payable whether or not a fault is found within an accessible area.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable on completion of the work. Materials remain the property of Pipe Vibe until paid in full.
Workmanship and warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice. Warranties exclude fair wear and tear, misuse, blockages caused by foreign objects, damage by third parties and faults in existing pipework we did not install.
